I was sitting on my front porch waiting for the sun to come up I was distracted when I heard the Blue-jay's scream out their warnings... I put my coffee down changed short lens to my 600 lens .. and looked around.. I saw one Broadwing hawk..Then another! from the branch above me I watched as one Blue JAY flew in a tight circle then land on the same branch 3 times.. the Broadwing goes after the Jay.. the Jays went after the Hawk .Another Broadwing hawk flies in from nowhere.. distracting the Jays . The Jays were as relentless as the hungry hawks they kept repeating this process and just kept the hawks somewhat pinned.until the Jays moved the Hawks deeper into the woods.. The morning light was not as strong as I would like , which made my photography a little soft or is not as sharp as I would like it. BUT!! this has got to be one of the most interesting sights I have seen in a long time.. I hope you all like it!
